BOARDING

We offer a limited number of spaces within our Doggy Daycare location in Ruakaka. Conveniently located 5mins off the State Highway, we offer individual dog kennels space. Some individual kennels with access indoor and outdoor and others located within our Daycare building.

Staff are located on-site when dogs are boarding to ensure dogs are happy, healthy, clean, fed and toileted at scheduled times.

Whether its Summer or Winter, our facility caters to all sorts of weather and enables your furry family member to have a break away in comfort.

WHAT TO BRING?

You provide food enough for your pets stay and a little bit extra just in case plans change. This needs to be in a sealed container with clear meal instructions.

We provide all bowls, beds and bedding. Please do not be offended if we advise we cannot accept any beds/bedding at dropoff.

Payment for boarding is required on or before check-in for your pets stay. No exceptions.

PRICE LIST

Ruakaka Boarding

$45/night per dog

Overnight Boarding + Daycare

Boarding rates are $45 per night per dog. Public holidays (Fri-Mon) and peak season (Dec 15- Jan 31) incur a $5 per night surcharge). A $100 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required during Public Holidays and Peak Seasons. Pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations as well as Kennel Cough and Leptospirosis vaccinations are highly recommended, with proof of vaccination being required before check-in. No booking changes are allowed within 48hours of check-in. Cancellations could be subject to a cancellation fee. Boarding is for a 24hour period. i.e. Dropoff in the morning, pickup in the morning.

Mon - Fri

8am - 10:30am or 3pm - 5:30pm

Sat & Sun

9:00am - 11:00am by appointment only on the quarter hour. E.g. 9:00am; 9:15am; 9:30am etc.

Overnight boarding is very limited, particularly during Public Holiday weekends and Peak Season, so please plan ahead and contact us early to book your pets stay.

We are CLOSED on Public Holidays, no pickups or dropoffs on Public Holidays.

All prices include GST.

Beds and Bedding is provided by Doggy Town, however if you want to provide beds or bedding, we can accommodate this. Please note that sometimes these items may not be returned in the same condition they were delivered in. Sometimes it is nice for your dog to have a smell of home.
